We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted by Microsoft Azure, primarily in the Australia East region. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information, including:

• Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
• Secure authentication using email-based verification codes
• Azure Key Vault for secure storage of secrets and encryption keys
• Role-based access controls
• Regular security reviews and monitoring

While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Overseas Disclosure

Our primary data processing occurs within Australia. However, some of our service providers may process data in other jurisdictions. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure that overseas recipients handle your personal information in accordance with the APPs.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account termination, we will retain your data for a reasonable period (not less than 30 days) to allow you to export your data, after which it will be securely deleted.

We may retain certain information for longer periods where required by law, for legitimate business purposes (e.g., resolving disputes), or to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
